Come join us for Pride & N-vy Cabaret's  Fit Sexy Adult Dance Class Series - Every Thursday 7pm-8pm... Starting Thursday September 19th.

 

 

Great for women who want to be active, get in shape and feel sexy. 

 

Series 1: Chair-ol-ogy

 

The class starts off with a boot camp inspired warm up, using the chair as a tool increase the intensity of your work out. Following the warm up you will learn a chair combination that incorperates movements from the warm up and add some spicy moves.
